Kennedy was looking a little rough when her hair wasn't in pigtails and Justin isn't really the fixin' hair type of guy so I decided to hack it off. I cut 3 whole inches. Curly hair is very forgiving and you can't even tell it's uneven.

Hartley Family Reunion
We went to CA in July for the Hartley Family reunion and had a great time (well, until the last day when Kennedyand Justin got a stomach bug). There are many many more pictures but unfortunately, I still don't have them...so I thought I'd post what I've got.
We flew out Tuesday and Kennedy did suprisingly well. She listened to David Williams on the ipod and had Yummy yums (M&Ms)
Wednesday we went to Disneyland with my Aunt Jeanine and cousins Taylor and Jonni. This is us on the Tram (see her excitement)
Kennedy was super stoked about riding Dumbo but it was a little more thrilling than she expected and she kept saying "I want to go home" for a while after it.
She eventually came around to having a fun day when we took her on It's a Small World. She LOVED the ride and kept asking to go back on it all day. Although, she said "It's a big world."
I was very surprised when Kennedy ran up and hugged Pluto. I didn't think she even knew who she was. She totally dissed Minny Mouse but Pluto go the lovin'.
We waited in line for quite some time to meet THE Mickey Mouse
Thursday we went to the beach with the rest of the family (except Emily and Paul who came that night...a wonderful surprise). Kennedy played with my cousins' little girls Kyah, Memphis, Mattison and Kaylee. Kyah and Memphis are also 2 but Kennedy's height is very noticeable around other 2 year olds. She towered over them, as usual. We also met Spencer and Damien. It was a windy day but much better than the hot hot temps we had the rest of the trip
We went to the zoo Friday (I don't have pics yet) and then the park on Saturday. Here are all the girls together. The pic below is the same girls (with my Niece Elizabeth who couldn't make it) when Kennedy was 6 months old and the others trailing right behind.
Sunday was going to be our aquarium day and back to Disney for Fireworks but I had 2 sick babies. Justin got to spend a day seeing what morning sickness is like ;) He understands now why I say this is the last.

Updates
I'm finally feeling better and our internet is finally working consistently so it's time to catch up. Here's the last month or so...
We went to "Sesame Street Live" last month. This is Kennedy waiting...
This is Kennedy when Elmo walked on stage (priceless)...
Then we went to Christina's house and Ken played with Ayana and Jenna Grace (such adorable girls)
Flash forward a week or so to Kennedy's first Dentist appointment. It appears from the pics that she enjoyed it but she did not let them look in her mouth....we have an appt with the ped dentist in August and hopefully have better luck
First time bowling with Daddy...
And finally, swimming in our pool (according to Kennedy there are sharks)...

Pregnancy Update
People ask me all the time how I'm doing with this pregnancy. Well, if you didn't know about my pregnancy with Kennedy, I hated being pregnant. I was sick the entire pregnancy and was on prescription medicine to keep food down. I have been sick with baby #2 but it seems to be more like I hear other people feel. I'm able to keep food down this time. This picture here is embarrasing proof of how bad I feel (I feel pretty awful most of the day). If you know me well you know that I am a neat freak. I have to do the entire bathroom, floors mopped, deep cleaning every week. This has not happened in a few weeks. In fact, my laundry has piled up so much I'm storing it on the dining room table untile I feel like folding. I was home with Kennedy today b/c she has another ear infection and in between naps with her I did a few loads. I still have a load in the wash, a load in the dryer and probably another 3 or so....Pretty pathetic...

Bowlin Baby #2
Bowlin Baby # 2 is due December 9, 2009. I can't believe I'll have 2 babies before Christmas this year. Crazy!

March Madness
We took Kennedy to a new museum this month and had a good time. It was more like a miniature zoo. When Kennedy went to school Monday she said "The Dinosaurs are all gone" because she thought it was the same museum we visited the week before but there weren't dinosaurs at this one.
Don't worry friends...she's not on fire...it's just dry ice (I know you were worried)
This is Kennedy's excited face. She was either looking at snakes and turtles. She loved them both.
I have no idea what this contraption was but Kennedy enjoyed the headphones and wanted to stay all day
Ken and her Daddy watching a moving picture thingy (very technical)
On her way into space
My little astronaut waving down to earth
Future rock climber?
Definitely...she's doing it by herself
A little fort thingy (she climbed up herself)
I posted this one b/c it looks like Justin is bald on the top of his head and I thought it was funny
Her first time inside a train
Ignore the bad leg positioning...we're working on it
She was "trapped" in a cubby so she was making her "oh no" face
I think we were looking at a cow
This bear was awesome
Kennedy says "It's King Julian" (from Madagascar)
Yep, they were "flying"
It was a fun day for all of us!
